FEES & REGISTRATION

ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the registered authors:

Welcome reception
Meeting ID Card
Conference Folder or Bag
Participation in the technical program
(Two person Maximum in SL. 1,2,3 mentioned in the table below, Contact GSRD coordinator for the extra person attending)
Printed Participation/Presentation Certificate
Printed Proceedings
Coffee breaks on the presentation day
Lunch on the presentation day

Once your paper is accepted the Registration process begins. You need to complete the following Six Steps

Step 1 – Choose your Category for Registration Fee

The registration fee received is not refundable.

It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program.
The regular fee will be charged up to 6 pages and after that additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged.
Any on-spot Registration is NOT ALLOWED. Everyone must register and do the payment before coming to the conference.

Note: It is mandatory to send us the payment proof to our email after making the payment. Your registration will not be considered unless we receive the payment proof from you and send a confirmation message.

Step 3 - Copyright Transfer
Authors must send us to scan a copy of the Copyright and Registration Form in PDF/JPG/PNG format to our conference mail ID after making payment.

Step4 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to The IEEE double-column guidelines (check the sample paper) and must be submitted as Microsoft Word DOC or DOX format So that the necessary editing could be done

If the author is unable to format the paper then our organizing team provides the formatting facility without any extra charges..

Step5 – Registration Confirmation
After sending the Copyright Form Our Coordinator will confirm your registration by checking your details given within 2 working days and send you an email of“Registration Confirmation” Email to author’s registered email id only.

Step6 – Event Participation Confirmation
It is mandatory to take the Event participation confirmation/event pass from our coordinator before the conference.

Important points to remember

Do not book your tickets and hotels before taking the " Event participation confirmation/event pass " from our Conference Coordinator. Any financial loss due to travel cancellation/travel rescheduling will not be provided by the organizer due to conference rescheduling.
Do not reach the venue before or after the reporting time on the day of the conference/meeting.
Do not use any adult picture, Controversial map or Picture while presenting and publishing your paper.
Do not consider the Payment Confirmation mail (From Payment Gateway) as the Final Confirmation mail. Wait for the "Conference Schedule mail/Event participation confirmation/event pass " from the organizer.
Do check your registered mail ID and Mobile number regularly. Any conference notifications will be communicated through email and Mobile only.
Do visit the official conference website (only) and use the official mail id of the conference for all the latest information. (Always refresh/reload the web pagefor an update)
