*ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the registered authors:


1- Welcome reception
2- Printed Name Card
3- Conference Folder or Bag
4- Participation in the technical program
5- Printed Participation/Presentation Certificate
6- Printed Proceedings
7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
8- Lunch on the presentation day

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You need to complete the following Six Steps

Step 1 – Choose your Category for Registration Fee

The registration fee received is not refundable.

  • It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program.
  • Note: If a same author has got more than one accepted papers for the same conference then he/she will be eligible for getting a discount of 20% in the second paper registration fees.
  • The regular fee will be charged up to 6 pages and after that additional USD 20 per additional page will be charged.
  • Any on-spot Registration is NOT ALLOWED.  Everyone must register and do the payment before coming to the conference.

Note: It is mandatory to send us the payment proof to our email after making the payment you need to. Your registration will not be considered unless we receive the payment proof from you and send confirmation message.

Step 3 - Copyright Transfer
Authors must send us scan copy of the Copyright and Registration Form in PDF/JPG/PNG format to our conference mail ID after making payment.

Step4 - Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must adhere to The IIER double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary editing could be done. If the author is unable to format the paper then our organizing team provides the formatting facility without any extra charges.

Step5 – Registration Confirmation
After sending the Copyright Form and Registration form Our Coordinator will confir your registration with in 2 working days and send you an email of “Registration Confirmation”

Step6 – Event Participation Confirmation
It is mandatory to take the Event participation confirmation/event pass from our coordinator before the conference.
